Artist Biography
Artist: Janie Apostolakos
Born in Montreal Quebec , relocated to Victoria BC in 1994, calling it home ever since. My medium is Acrylic and mixed Media on Canvas, a Contemporary Artist since 1982. Coming from a family history of Artist, I am mostly self taught, but did study with local artist in Montreal.
Considered a little Avant-Garde
I have artistic talents that also involve me in Interior Design/decorating and Photography.
I have a great passion for people and Volunteer in helping others every chance I get.
There is a part of me in every painting I create. Within every stroke are the melody of my heart and the harmony of my soul. It's a journey in the discovery for both the Artist and the Viewer.
